The TiPS team attended Accountex Manchester on Tuesday 17th September to chat with practicing professionals and tech providers about how we can support accountancy firms accelerate their adoption of technology.
Professors Martin Spring and Tim Vorley were in attendance along with project manager Steph Knowles and Senior Research Associate Cara Molyneux and Researcher Jan Nardini. We hosted an information stand, sharing details of our Foundational Acceleration programme, findings from a previous AI Readiness project, sharing some of our early insights from the TiPS Accelerator as well as chatting with firms about some of their barriers to tech adoption. Over the course of the day, we engaged with almost 80 individuals and we look forward to many of them continuing to engage with TiPS as either participants on our free training or as part of our wider network.
