We are pleased to announce that TiPS is collaborating with the Access to Justice Foundation (ATJF) and the Legal Aid Practitioners Group to run an edition of the highly successful TiPS Foundational Acceleration support programme. TiPS will provide training and adoption support to organisations that are part of the ATJF’s Improving Lives Through Advice programme. These organisations include Law Centres, Citizens Advice Bureaux and other specialist organisations providing legal advice for disadvantaged and marginalised communities.
Participants will be learning how to use Microsoft Copilot and then undertaking a short project to adopt the technology within their organisations, with advice and support as they do so. The programme will culminate in a “demo day” event in March 2026, at which the participants will show what they have been able to do with the technology – to each other and to a wider group of stakeholders.
Professor Martin Spring, who leads the TiPS Accelerator, said, “I am delighted that TiPS hasbeen able to provide innovation adoption support to this group of organisations. The work they do provides immense social benefit, and effective use of technology will help them make even greater impact with the limited resources they have.”
